Starting a new chapter in a foreign land is challenging, especially when faced with a new language. However, Besnik's father, driven by entrepreneurship, started his own painting company. At just 17, Besnik was managing the company's accounts, fueled by a dream that surpassed his humble beginnings.

Graduating with a finance degree from HEG - Geneva marked a pivotal step in Besnik's journey. His quest for knowledge took him to distant lands, mastering French, Albanian, and English during experiences in San Diego and Oxford.

His professional journey began with a small accounting firm in Geneva, where his work ethic earned respect. Joining Merck Serono International SA as a junior accountant and later JP Morgan (Suisse) SA in 2015 marked the turning point. His ascent from Junior Analyst to Credit Specialist Associate was meteoric, handling complex deals for ultra-high net worth clients and contributing to the bank's automation and AI journey.

In 2017, Besnik left JP Morgan to establish Sogefi Sarl, an accounting and business management company. The entrepreneurial spark led to his first real estate investment in Dubai in 2018, aligning with his values. This investment transformed into a business opportunity, culminating in the creation of Sogefi Properties, a Dubai-based real estate and family office company.

Besnik's ventures into real estate, stocks, and cryptocurrencies showcased his ability to seize opportunities and manage risks. His contributions expanded beyond finance, excelling in marketing, customer relationships, and innovative credit policies.
