Entertainment has always kept people's lives alive for decades. Be it a good movie or a performance, entertainment comes in all forms. A producer plays a major role in making the film or performance happen successfully. Parag Chariya is from a small village with a farmer family background. He is believed to have been supporting and introducing many folk artists promoting the folk culture through his projects. He completed his B.Sc. B.Ed and was working in a secured government office. He believed to be highly inspired by his father's hard work as his father was a secondary school teacher. Following his dad's path, he joined as a primary teacher after completing his course.

Parag is now believed to have opened his own school and serving as an impactful educator. Alongside he is a successful producer-director in the Gujarati Film Industry. He owns Studio Shri Shakti which is a platform to the incarnation of many folk artists including Jignesh Kaviraj, Rakesh Barot, Shital Thakor, Hemant Joshi, Nitin Barot, Alpa Patel, Bhoomi Panchal, Vijay Vaja and Kavita Mandera amongst many others. His projects include Kolini Tani Na Karvi, Mane Laagi Taari Dhoon, Mari Jau to Bhale Mari Jau, Sorathni Amirat, and Hulululu Halaa Re amongst many others. He even produced the record holder project "Hanuman Chalisa" sung in just a minute by Hemantbhai Joshi. His music channel and venture production have been a part of many songs and video tracks in the last couple of years now.

Sources mention that the artist who has worked with Parag Chariya has been his fan as he believes to hold a great dignity and personality alongside a positive attitude towards his artists. On a cover, he mentioned, "I have great respect for every artist and that comes from my parents. My father was a teacher and I believe I have learned that from him.
