From rejection to achieving accomplishment; The journey of Rupam Ramya is inspirational.

She was more into bollywood hits. She enjoy singing in different programs and mahostavs organised in her town. Her presence adds full moons in different art and culture programs organised by the government. Her Father Upendra Choudhry is a farmer and her mother Sobha Choudhry is a homemaker. Her parents always supported her throughout the journey.

Rupam was a part of the mega next studio round of the famous and reputable song television show Indian Idol. She gave the audition on 10th January 2019 in Kolkata and the result came out where she was further asked to tighten her laces and present her best on 21st September 2019, in Mumbai for the mega studio round. The first round was very simple to clear as all the judges were impressed by her mesmerizing voice. She smoothly sailed through the second round too but the third round proved to be a bit tough for her. Though Rupam couldn't clear the third round, this didn't stop her from achieving great heights through her firm determination. Her fans followed and appreciated her voice on different social media like Facebook, YouTube and this encouraged her to not to give up and start practicing a lot more.

Her guru Dr. Sanjay Sanju said, "Indian Idol was the turning point of her life. The shows told her the areas of singing where she needed to focus on. She never gave up. She was firmly determined about choosing singing as her profession and now we all know how much she has achieved with her soothing voice".

She's currently being recorded for her upcoming duo song "Tumko Sanam" With PadmaShri Udit Narayan and fans are eagerly waiting for its release date. She shared the news on her Instagram account and addressed how much honoured and happy she felt for being able to record a song with such huge personality. She has also recorded a duet with famous playback singer Vipin Sachdeva.

Apart from this, she also holds many live shows in different cities and her fanbase goes crazy listening to her exciting voice. She also enjoys posting videos on YouTube which is very much appreciated.

Rupam is a true inspiration for all the people who belong from small town but dream to achieve big in their life. Never in life, she has felt demotivated, instead she asks her fans to always be positive in their life and keep hardworking to achieve great success. She always shares stories and keep on encouraging her fans to never give up.
