Doctor, actor, and performer Dhanashree Verma, who can make anyone groove with her envious dance moves is a very disciplined person when it comes to her health which allows her to maintain an upbeat stamina. She is married to cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and speaks exclusively to mid-day.com on how she balances her pursuits while being a supportive partner.
The secret to Dhanashree's energy is a good sleep cycle, regular meals, and workout which help her stay put throughout the day. The internet sensation who is known for her long tresses lets us in on her routine. She says, "I don't experiment much with shampoos. I don't go in for a lot of hair treatments. I simply oil my hair, at least once a week and I try to stay away from heat treatments as much as I can. I also feel it has a lot to do with genes. My mom had luscious, healthy hair and I truly think that's what has helped me the most."

Dhanashree dons multiple hats. She says it was her ardent wish to become a doctor but dance was something she was passionate about since childhood, although as a hobby. She elaborates, "When I became a practicing dentist, I felt the need to put my 12 years of dance experience into use and pursue my passion. Thankfully, it all lined up very well and that's why I tried to balance it in the beginning but now I feel I'm more passionate about pursuing dance full-time."
Dhanashree says being married to a cricketer is difficult and it only works out well if there is a good amount of understanding between the couple. "We respect each other's work lives. I don't mind going the extra mile for him because I love supporting him and I love seeing him do well in life. It gives me pure happiness," she says.
That being said, the couple finds solace in cooking and eating good food as their common ground. "I cook well and sometimes when I do, he helps me, though I'm particular. I'm better at cooking and I love doing that for him. But fun fact, he loves burgers as much as I do, so most of the time we end up trying the Zinger burgers from KFC. I'm a foodie so because of me he's tried a lot of new things," says Dhanashree.
