Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Drishyam' has raked in a total of Rs 17.45 crore in two days and is expected to pick up today while Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' seems headed towards the Rs 300 crore mark at the box office

Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Drishyam' has raked in a total of Rs 17.45 crore in two days and is expected to pick up today while Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' seems headed towards the Rs 300 crore mark at the box office.

'Drishyam', which also stars Tabu and Shriya Saran, is directed by Nishikant Kamat, who helmed the 2011 John Abraham-starrer "Force".
"Terrific word of mouth translates into super growth in biz on Day 2. #Drishyam Thu pre + Fri 8.05 cr, Sat 9.40 cr. Total: 17.45 cr," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted. Adarsh also wrote that while 'Drishyam' is registering growth, Salman Khan-Kareen Kapoor starrer 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' is an all time blockbuster.
"#BajrangiBhaijaan (Week 3) Fri 4.11 cr, Sat 6.80 cr. Total: 283.16 cr. All time blockbuster."
'Drishyam', which released this Friday, is a remake of a 2013 Malayalam film of the same name, which starred Mohanlal and Meena.
