Salman Khan on Tuesday took to Twitter to release the video of the romantic song titled 'Jag Ghoomeya' sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

What's making news more than the song itself is the buzz that this is the same track that was sung by Arijit Singh and was later removed from the film owing to his differences with superstar Salman Khan.

Singer Arijit Singh made headlines recently for posting an apology letter on Facebook requesting Salman to forgive him and let his song remain in 'Sultan'. He later deleted the post, but it had gone viral by then. Arijit believed that Salman was upset about some comments he made about Salman at an awards show.

'Jag Ghoomeya' starts with Sultan, a Haryanvi wrestler played by Salman, singing in a club remembering the days he had spent with Aarfa, played by Anushka Sharma. In the song, fans get a sneak-peek into Sultan's romance with Aarfa.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has previously sung songs like 'Tere Mast Mast Do Nain', 'Dagabaaz Re' and 'Surili Akhiyon Wale' in Salman Khan's films.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, 'Sultan' is slated to release on July 6.
