While driving around, Shabina Khan was yelled at by a hawaldar. Tusshar Kapoor, who was travelling with the designer, intervened and shut him up

Tusshar Kapoor and designer friend Shabina Khan got into an argument with a cop while driving around in JVPD. The two were on their way to a movie theatre when they got caught in a traffic jam caused by a roadblock put up by the cops.

Shabina, who was driving the car, was yelled at by a cop. It was only after Tusshar intervened that matters were sorted out.

What exactly happened
Describing what exactly happened, Tusshar says, "There was a major jam ahead of us, and the whole lane was packed. It was impossible to move ahead or reverse." Just while the two were deciding what to do next, a cop came out of nowhere and started abusing Shabina. "He wasn't even a traffic cop. He was a hawaldar manning traffic. He saw Shabina trying to make her way out of the jam. He came over and asked her to roll down her window and started screaming at her."

'That's no way to talk!'
The cop didn't know Tusshar was sitting next to her. He thought she was by herself. He adds, "I kept quiet initially, thinking he would go away. But he kept unnecessarily picking on her just cause she was a woman. Also, she was just being polite and following his instructions, but he refused to back down." Kapoor then got offu00a0 and gave the cop a earful. "I told him that he was a public servant and that was no way to talk to a lady. The moment he recognised me, he changed his aggressive posture and calmed down.u00a0 I am sure if I wasn't around he would have gotten away bullying Shabina," he concludes.u00a0
