Saregama gets amendment to court order
Though the Calcutta High Court hearing the case of copyright infringement had ordered that the song Apni Toh Jaise Taise be deleted from Housefull, it will be sometime before that happens. Saregama, who had sold the rights to the song to Housefull producer Sajid Nadiadwala, and are the respondents in the case, have managed to get an amendment to the court order. According to the amendment, the song won't be deleted till the Court hears the appeal on Monday. This was done as the Housefull prints had already been sent to all centers on Friday before the verdict was passed.
Meanwhile, Sajid Khan is basking in the success of his film and does not want to get involved in the controversy.
