Rukhsar: Eid is the day when after fasting for 30 days we can eat during the day time. We get up very early and my mother-in-law prepares sheer khurma. Later we meet our relatives and seek blessing from the elders. This is a day when the younger lot are super happy as they get Eidi gifts. I hope I get a good Eidi. I wish everyone very Eid Mubarak.
Gauahar Khan: As Muslims, we have very few festivals. So to me, Eid is so special as it comes after one whole month of fasting and abstinence from all worldly things. As usual, I have observed all my rozas and I am feeling great this year. Wishing everyone Eid Mubarak and the best of health.
Neetu Wadhwa: is a Sardarni but since the last four years she has been fasting during Ramzan and is looking forward to Eid celebrations. She was once passing the Mahim dargah and asked for a mannat which got fulfilled. Since then she started keeping rozas and celebrating Eid. She says, "I will make sheer khurma for breakfast as it is considered sunnah to have some sweet. I will dress in my best Indian attire, bedecked with jewellery, bangles and will go to the dargah at Yari Road to feed the poor people.
Despite her busy shoot schedules, telly actress Adaa Khan managed to fast and made her way to Mohammed Ali Road to tuck into Ramzan specialities. Apart from chicken tandoori, gurda kaleji, seekh kabab, malpuas and phirni. Yummy!u00a0
