Boney Kapoor and son Arjun Kapoor
Over the past few years, rumours were rife that Boney Kapoor is keen on making a sequel to his 2005 hit, No Entry. While the second part was originally meant to see Salman Khan reprise his role, it has now been heard that Boney is contemplating roping in actor son Arjun instead.
A source close to development reveals, "The movie is currently in the scripting stage. But the story is such that it requires a new cast. Though several names are being discussed, Boney is keen that Arjun lead the pack. Given the success of Mubarakan (2017), Boney feels director Anees Bazmee and Arjun make a strong team."
However, a source close to Boney insists that it will be a while before the comic caper goes on floors. The producer is currently working on the biopic based on Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. "Boney Sir is currently focusing on his film with Ajay Devgn. It's only when this film rolls, will he set his sights on No Entry sequel. It's too early to talk." Boney declined to comment on the story while Arjun remained unavailable.
