Chlorophyll, a branding and advertising consultancy co-founded by ad world veterans Kiran Khalap, Madan Bahal and Anand Halve, celebrated its 15th anniversary on Thursday night at a SoBo five-star.

The same night, it announced the formation of a sister firm, 1+99, to be headed by marketing veteran and former CEO of The Bombay Store, Anaggh Desai.
