8.30 am: TV on, running on the treadmill... news channels can be so depressing. I wish there was a magic treadmill to take me into a land of innocence and bliss. Away from all the cynicism, sadness and cold indifference. C'mon endorphins... kick in.
11.30 am: Best thing about a day off is the luxury of a loooong breakfast that turns into brunch, with mom and dad! He talking about golf and how much he loves the golf clubs I got him. Maa putting oil in my hair as I sit at her feet. Don't need a magic treadmill. God gave me an amazing family
2.00 pm: Dad and I areu00a0 immersed in the dark world of Don Corleone, on my amazing home theatre. He says, "Godfather is the Gita of films, full of philosophy and brilliance." Mom wanted to watch Sound of Music. We voted and she lost.
5.00 pm: In the gym for a workout. I'm feeling rested, strong and positive. Today the loud clangs of the dumbbells are like music to my ears! No pain no gain....push, burn, sweat....satisfaction!
7.00 pm: At my buddy Bonito's house, he was a footloose bachelor like me, until this little angel became his anchor... my beautiful niece Tiana... I love watching her grow, babble and laugh. Real life is so much more special than photos on your Blackberry. It's important to make time to experience it!
9.15 pm: Shhhh! My little princess Tiana is asleep.. She isn't just a portrait of innocence, she isn't just a sleeping baby... she is the promise of a better world.
