Censor Board's new chief Prasoon Joshi was slated to attend office from Monday. The adman-lyricist did not turn up.

He remained incommunicado and no one knew the reason for his absence. Joshi has reportedly said he needs to understand his role before taking on the responsibility. A case of being cautious, rather than hasty like his predecessor.
