On September 5, Bollywood saw a night filled with fashion and glamour. Courtesy: Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's fashion event. The popular duo in the world of fashion completed 33 years and they celebrated their success by hosting a huge fashion event in Bandra-Kurla-Complex, Mumbai. The event was attended by who's who of Bollywood.

Sussanne Roshan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Jaya Bachchan - the Ambanis - Isha Ambani, Shloka Mehta and Radhika Merchant also attended the event hosted in BKC. Deepika Padukone turned showstopper for the fashion designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The actress looked breathtakingly beautiful in silver and white ensemble she opted to walk the ramp. Deepika Padukone swirl of style will leave you in awe of her beauty. Deepika Padukone made the heads turn by donning a full-sleeved white blouse with a plunging neckline. What made this couture look out of the world was the dramatic long vail she opted to walk the ramp. She completed her look with diamond earrings and a neckpiece which went ahead till her neckline.

Speaking of her work commitments, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak, a film based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. It is being hailed as the most anticipated film of the upcoming year. It is all set to release on January 10, 2020.

Apart from Chhapaak, she will also share screen space with her husband Ranveer Singh in '83. The movie traces India's historic victory at the 1983 cricket World Cup. It also features Saqib Saleem, Adinath Kothare, Chirag Patil, Harddy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Jatin Sarna, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Dinker Sharma, Jiiva, Sahil Khattar, Dhairya Karwa, Nishant Dahhiya, and R. Badree in pivotal roles among others.

While Ranveer portrays the team's captain Kapil Dev, Deepika plays his wife Romi. This is Ranveer and Deepika's first film together after their wedding last year. The couple previously co-starred in megahits Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani, and Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. The film is presented by Reliance Entertainment and is scheduled to release on April 10 next year in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
