Hema Malini shared an update on Dharmendra's health condition on Twitter on Friday and she says the veteran Bollywood actor may undergo a shoulder surgery "a little later".

Hema Malini's first tweet read, "Just an update on Dharamji. He got admitted to Breach Candy to chk his blood count as he felt tired all the time & to chk his shoulder pain."
She further tweeted, "His haemoglobin count was a bit low so he was anaemic.Under observation now & he may have a shoulder surgery a lil later. Pray he is ok fast."
The 79-year-old actor was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Esha Deol assured that her father, who was hospitalised following weakness and shoulder pain, is "fit and fine".
"Thank you all for your concern! My dad is fit and fine," the 'Dhoom' actress posted on Twitter on Thursday.
The doctors had earlier said Dharmendra has been hospitalised for overall health check up and will also undergo several tests. Dharmendra's last film outing was Punjabi movie "Double Di Trouble".
