Diet and exercise are the mantra for being fit and healthy. There is no shortcut to that. The option of surgery is available only to the obese.

So, instead of looking for shortcuts or getting depressed about your weight, try changing your viewpoint. Reprogramme negative thoughts. Many of us think, 'I m so busy, I don't have a free minute in my day!' Reprogramme the thought and say, 'I am packing my life full of a variety of things: Work, family, exercise, and fun.'
Sweat it out
Don't give up even if you think that you're too fat to exercise. Instead of starting with machine or complicated moves, focus on simple exercises that use your body weight for resistance. Eat healthy and don't forget to go for regular health checks.
