Director Anubhav Sinha and team had a narrow escape as a fire broke out in the building they were working in
A fire broke out in the suburban building where final touches were being added to the music of Anubhav Sinha's 'Gulaab Gang'. The team was working on the background score when they saw smoke fill up the premises.

Sinha says, "Upon seeing the smoke, we ran down. Later, we realised that if the blaze can't be controlled, we would lose the music of the film. So one of my assistants and I ran upstairs to retrieve the computer and the hard disc. As the lifts were not working, we had to climb five floors. The entire staircase was filled with smoke."
At the time of going to print, the cause of fire was not known. "Thanks to our presence of mind, we not only saved ourselves but also the music of our film," he adds.
