Actor Shubh Joshi believes that fitness is an important part of an actor's life. "You need a fit body to work long hours and a good body to get the right roles," he Shubh. He shares his fitness mantra with CS:
Gym jam
I work on my biceps and triceps and also do a lot of cardio. Besides, I also do a lot of back and chest exercises. The biceps and triceps are for body building while I do aerobics for at least a couple of hours every morning. Dance is an important part of my cardio routine. I attend Bollywood, jazz, salsa, hip hop classes from Monday-Friday.
My diet
I avoid rice and rotis, both at lunch and dinner. My breakfast consists of egg white omelettes, fruits, muesli while lunch is boiled fish/chicken, veggies and soups. Before hitting the gym, I take a small bite of chocolate as it very energising.u00a0
