Bollywood's newest entrant doesn't believe in being skinny. The Dev D girl Mahie Gill shares her fitness mantra with CS +ve:

In my skin
I have always been very confident and comfortable with my body. Food is very important to me, so I have never been one to crash diet or deprive myself of anything.

My mantra in life is very simpleu00a0-- eat everything you love, but be sensible about it. It's not about being skinny, but about being healthy and feeling great! So if eating that second slice of chocolate cake will make me happy, I won't think twice. But ya, the next day I'll do an extra 10 minutes run on my treadmill.

Working it out
I don't follow an elaborate workout pattern. I prefer going for long, brisk walks for around 20 minutes, then for the next 30 minutes I either do stretching or run on the treadmill; it depends on the weather or my schedule.

Basic instinct
I eat everything, but in moderation. After all, everyone is aware of the basicsu00a0-- not too much oil, not too much salt and loads of water and green tea!

Me time
I love practising yoga; it really helps you pull yourself together. It stretches your body, helps you focus on your breathing, and relaxes one muscle at a time. And with the pace at which my life's running, yoga helps me dedicate an hour everyday to my body and me.

Break ke baadu00a0
Breaks from work are essential. I just switch off when I'm on a holiday. It doesn't need to be a fancy holiday, even two days in bed, with cups of green tea, a good film and long conversations with my friends does the trick. But on a daily basis, films and music are the best way to unwind. It's the ultimate catharsis!
