"Excitement at its peak! Chandamama door ke. Training Day 1, Boeing 737 (sic)," he tweeted about the film, which will tentatively kick off in May. This however has given credence to the fact that the actor's next with Homi Adajania, 'Takadum', which was to go on floors by the end of 2015, has been further delayed.

A source informs, "Sushant will start promoting 'Raabta' soon. He is quite a perfectionist and prefers doing one film at a time. Chandamama... is a grand project and Sushant wants to devote all his attention to it. Meanwhile, Parineeti (co-star on 'Takadum'), will also get busy with 'Golmaal 4' in a few days. Irrfan, who plays Sushant's mentor in Homi's film has 'Hindi Medium' to finish, and will be busy shooting for Tanuja Chandra's road trip film for a good part of the year. Logically, the film cannot kick off for another year."

The film's plot was reportedly being reworked because its screenplay resembled that of Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. Homi had earlier told hitlist, "We felt that we needed to rework certain angles, mainly on the structure of the screenplay... Once this is done and we are happy with the changes we will commence the shoot process." Homi remained unavailable for comment.
