Kiran Rao's next film is said to be a biographical account of a dancer

Kiran apparently has already begun work on the film's script, which is said to throw light on the dancer's journey in life.

On whether Aamir Khan will also be a part of the film, an insider says, "We are not sure if he will co-produce or work in the film. But with her husband around, she doesn't need to go looking for producers." The name of the dancer has not been revealed yet. A friend of the director confirms that work is going on full swing.

"After presenting Ship of Theseus, she got similar offers. But she knew it was the right time to start her next project. She has gone to Panchgani where she is currently working on it. The next film was earlier said to be based on a book but that doesn't seem to be the case."u00a0
