Kites songs to be remixed

Rakesh Roshan and son Hrithik have agreed to have a few tracks of their upcoming film Kites remixed to reach a wider audience in lounges and clubs. This is the first time songs of a Rakesh Roshan production featuring Hrithik will be remixed. Apparently, the father-son duo realised it would be better to have it remixed themselves than have DJs in clubs do it, and that too badly.

Bhushan Kumar, whose music company is bringing out the music album, was the one who suggested the idea to the Roshans. He said that for Kites, DJ Amit remixed three songs and then played it for the Roshans. Only when they approved it were they included in the album.
