She tells CS, "I was not much of a kite flier, but I'd run after the slashed kites that'd fall from the sky on Makar Sankrant. I didn't understand the importance, but it was fun to collect them."
The Punjabi kudi also misses the colourful and jovial Lohri atmosphere of her hometown.
"But I celebrate it every year on the terrace of my building with close friends and we enjoy watching the kites fly," she says. Kul, we hope your career takes a flight too!
