The most talked about fashion fiesta of the year brought down it-s curtains with all the extravagance and aplomb like one would have expected. One of the most star-studded events of the year topped generously with elements of design and art saw the Bollywood vanguard take over the runway and how! While Ranbir Kapoor opened the week with as royal a look as could be, cousin Kareena Kapoor took to the ramp for the finale and boy, did she impress us.
We take a look at other members from the film fraternity who made their presence felt on the ramp and some who disappointed just a tad bit...
7/10: We-re ample bored of seeing Shilpa Shetty in the same old desi girl avatar on the runway. This number by Divya Reddy was disappointing, to say the least.
7/10: A slow clap for the unsung heroes that the make-up and hair artists are. Kareena Kapoor Khan-s gown might not be too striking, but her oxblood lips and tight, high bun are totally on point. The actress brought down the curtains for the fashion week by walking for designer Gaurav Gupta.

9/10: Talk about a ramp scorcher. Shraddha Kapoor took to the runway in this Namrata Joshipura jumpsuit and had everyone bedazzled by her energy that blended so well with the essence of her outfit.
6/10: Malaika Arora Khan sported a contemporary version of a lehenga choli by Anushree and though her poise and expression were fine, something seemed majorly amiss with this attire. Playing it safe, are we?
5/10: Kriti Sanon looked just about pretty in this Sonaakshi Raaj number. A bit yawn-inducing though.
8.5/10: Esha Gupta also joined the bandwagon of actors who walked for designer Anushree Reddy. If there-s one actress who set the ramp on fire with ease and oomph extraordinaire, it-s her.
6.5/10: Nimrat Kaur turned muse for designer Payal Singhal in a rose gold lehenga and did a pretty good job at it too.
8/10: Ace couturier Tarun Tahiliani made the right choice by picking Chitrangada Singh to showcase his artistic and edgy line up. She looked every bit a diva and pulled off the geometric pattern with grace.
6/10: Ileana D-Cruz owned the ramp in this royal look for designer Tarun Tahiliani. She might have been remarkably overshadowed by fellow ramp walker Chitrangda Singh by quite a stretch though.
5/10: One would expect the pairing of Neeta Lulla and Tamannaah Bhatia to work interestingly, right? Not quite though. This ensemble was plain dull and did nothing to flatter Tamannaah-s complexion or body.
9/10: This tease of an ensemble by Anushree Reddy was the perfect hue for Amy Jackson. We love how she pulled off this ethereal number with panache.
8.5/10: Arjun Rampal, to no one-s surprise, was quite a sight for sore eyes. Rampal sauntered down the runway with the ease and confidence of a veteran.
8/10: Newbie Sooraj Pancholi strutted his stuff for designer Masaba. Spelling Masaba-s quirky signature style in this white shirt, printed jacket, and ankle length pants, we raise a virtual toast to both the designer and actor for this visual treat.
7/10: Rana Daggubati has all the makings of a model and he pulled off his walk for designer Anushree Reddy moderately well too. Not that it made us sit up and stare in awe but his Baahubali intensity on the ramp was impressive.
