>>u00a0The key to preventing skin from drying is to prevent loss of water from the skin. This can be achieved by applying a rich hand-and-body-lotion after a bath to keep skin supple.

>>u00a0Regular exfoliation with a loofah will improve circulation and rid the skin of dead cells.

>>u00a0Elbows are usually the most neglected part. Scrub elbows daily with a pumice stone and then apply a mix of lemon juice and glycerine on it.u00a0 This will soften them and also help to lighten them.
