Mallika Sherawat, known to charge anything from Rs.1 to Rs.1.5 crore in a Hindi film, has signed on the dotted line for the Dhamaal sequel without discussing her fee with producer Ashok Thakeria.
Part two is titled Double Dhamaal and it will be directed by Indra Kumar.
It seems after reaching a dead end with her career in B-town and with her purported global re-re-re-launch in Hisss showing no sign of release, Mallika is delighted at being accepted back in Hindi movies.

So far she has only a few hits like Khwahish, Murder and Pyar Ke Side Effects, not counting the cameo with Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor in No Entry. And the release date for Hisss has now gone from August to November.
Meanwhile Kangana Ranaut, who will also feature in Double Dhamaal, has been very generous about the remuneration as well.
"Kangana's work is looked after by Rakesh Nath (Rikku). My director Indra Kumar and I go back a long way with Rikku (who was secretary to Madhuri Dixit who starred in Thakeria-Indra Kumar's 'Beta' and 'Dil'). So Kangana said money was not an issue here," said Thakeria.
Kangana is paired with Riteish Deshmukh in Double Dhamaal. Javed Jaffrey, Aashish Chaudhary and Aftab Shivdasani will also feature in the film.
