My journey of getting a perspective of these frames, as a photographer, started almost alongside my acting career. What intrigued me was the time it took to light a scene on the sets of my first daily soap.

So the minute I got some free time, I went to assist the cameraman. Understanding the lights, the various sources of lights, the camera angles, the focus, the backdropu00a0- it all became an education that I thoroughly enjoyed. Driven by passion, I started to learn very quickly.

On a daily basis, I started phantom framing. While driving or sitting at a caf ufffd or travelling, I started identifying frames. Soon I wanted an instrument to capture these frames. This is when the camera came into my life. And since then, there has been no looking back.

I have been romancing this beauty of a gadget for almost seven years now. And the passion for photography keeps getting more intense by the year. I'll be seldom found travelling without my camera. And I love to shoot almost anything and everything, as long as I can tell a story about the frame.

The gamut of my frames includes landscapes, characters, wildlife, birds and also some random and experimental stuff. I love to shoot candid pictures; even the streets of Mumbai have a lot of stories to tell. And obviously, I have become the official photographer of my family and within my circle of friends!

I call myself an amateur photographer. I have a dream of exhibiting my body of work someday. It's a journey. I just don't explore frames; they in turn help me explore myself. My pictures are a yardstick of my growth and maturity. They are a reflection of the way I perceive the world, and hence very special to me.
