Apparently, he wants to concentrate on other Malayalam films where he has more important roles to play, rather than divide his attention between them and Saat Khoon Maaf. Mohanlal's decision came as a surprise as he had been one of the first actors to be cast. Vishal is now hunting for another superstar to replace Mohanlal.
Meanwhile, even as reports of Gerard Butler being a part of the film do the rounds, Russian actor Alexander Dyachenko has been confirmed to play one of Priyanka's husbands ufffd a young dreamer.
