"3rd Jan 2003 - a decade ago my 'baiko', Genelia D'Souza and me made our debut in this wonder world of films. 'Tujhe Meri Kasam', a step that changed my life," Riteish, son of late minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, tweeted.

"Never thought I would last here for ten years but I guess I underestimated your patience. Thank you for all your criticism, support and love," he further posted.
After successful stint as an actor, the day becomes even more special as Riteish now makes his debut as a producer with Marathi film "Balak Palak".
"Today, I debut as a producer with my Marathi film 'Balak Palak' - absolutely proud of it," he said in a post on his Tiwtter page.
Directed by Ravi Jadhav, "Balak Palak" is said to be a fun-filled drama that will help parents realise the importance of transparent communication with their children.
According to Riteish, who has co-produced it with Uttung Thakur, "Balak Palak" will have a "virtual premiere in five cities of Maharashtra" on UFO digital.u00a0
