Shah Rukh Khan went in for shoulder surgery at Breach Candy Hospital today at 3 pm.
Heu00a0landed in Bombay from london atu00a011.30 amu00a0today and proceeded to the hospital right away. The surgery, which will take 3 hours willu00a0beu00a0carried outu00a0by Dr Sanjay Desai. The doctors are using specialised anesthesia, by the virtue of which SRK will be conscious very soon after the surgery.
The hospital conference room has been opened up foru00a0TV channels and the doctors will address the media after surgery.
SRK's wife Gauri, and best friends Karan Johar and Kaajal Anand will be in the hospital throughout.
He wants to go home the same day but the doctors have advised him to stay on for two days atleast. He will need a month's rest before he resumes shooting.
