Saif Ali Khan, the man who carved a niche with his character Sartaj, in the digital show Sacred Games, made many revelations about his personal and professional commitments in an interview with Mayank Shekhar for mid-day's special segment Sit with Hitlist. From sharing father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's legacy to the fads in the '90s, Saif shared many details. Despite being from an inheritance, this man is a self-made star.
Hailing from the family of Pataudis, the Nawabs of Gurugram (as they call it now), Saif Ali Khan had his share of ups and downs. In one of the conversations, the actor also credited his ex-wife Amrita Singh for his success. Saif said, "I also ran away from home, and got married at 20. And I've to give Amrita [Singh], my ex-wife, credit for being the only person who taught me to take it all [work/show-business] seriously. She said you can't hit the target while laughing at it."

Speaking about his professional commitments, Saif Ali Khan, who was last seen in Laal Kaptaan, is all set to woo his audience as an antagonist in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The actor will play the character of Udaybhan Singh Rathod, the antagonist who locks horns with the eponymous Tanaji Malusare. Saif is making a comeback to the dark space after Omkara and this is one of the reasons why we are looking forward to seeing this historical. The historical drama will hit the silver screen on January 10, 2020.
He has also now wrapped up the shooting of Jawaani Jaaneman in London alongside newcomer Alaia F and Tabu. Jawaani Jaaneman also marks the debut of Pooja Bedi's daughter, Alaia F. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the film is a romantic comedy-drama. The film will release on November 29.
