Entrepreneur Sammeer Sheth has a passion for fashion. He was present for the shows at the recently concluded IIJW and is spotted at the ongoing fashion week too.
He tells CS, "I am also kicked about the upcoming fashion week that starts next week. Rohit Bal, who's a dear friend, will be doing the inaugural show, and I want to be there for him.
There are various reasons why I like attending fashion shows. Fashion designers like Rohit Bal, Narendra Kumar, Neeta Lulla, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Rohit Rahul and many others are close friends.
So, it feels good to support them when they are showcasing. I was present for Ramona Narang and Neeta Lulla's recent shows and loved them.
Also, fashion shows are high on the glamour and entertainment quotient, so it's fun to watch them. You also get to socialise with friends at these events (laughs).
On a deeper level, I find the fashion industry to be a highly creative one. That is one of the main reasons why I entered this business." The spiffy Sammeer is often spotted at events donning bold colours.
"I know I can carry them off with confidence, so there's no reason to be dull. My wife, Palak, feels that bright colours lift my mood," he signs off.
