This one could have been fun, but it is not. The young actor-director-writer-etc of the film, Shubh Mukherjee, goes wayward in every department, thus ending with a mish-mash. A lighter look at terrorism had been tackled really well in last year's film, Tere Bin Laden. But this one is no where even close to that.
Ankit (Shubh) and his friends venture into a forbidden area, near the international airport in Delhi, while filming a documentary and get arrested. The anti-terrorist officer (Saurabh Shukla) is summoned to investigate the case, even while there are some actual terrorists running loose, planning to plant a bomb, with their leader Omama Bin Laden (Zakir Husain) masterminding the act from another place. And then walks in Ameena (Aamna Sharif), who is also arrested for being part of the terrorist group.
The whole film looks like an amateur and childish attempt at movie-making. It seems unbelievable that the entire airport security team is not able to nail down three teenagers and one child. A juvenile attempt at comedy, most often it unsuccessfully depends on farts and piss to evoke laughter.
While Saurabh Shukla as the confused ATS officer is good, he along with Raghuvir Yadav and Zakir Husain look like they have lost their way and landed up in some teenager's movie project.
Shubh, who at some angles resembles Shah Rukh Khan, is sincere. But the whole exercise of making this film looks like someone wanted to indulge a child by giving him some money to write a script, make a film and be happy with himself. Beyond that, I see no point.
