Yesterday, Lucky Ali sent the music industry into a tizzy after he wrote on Twitter, "Dear chemotherapy you should not be an option... ever (sic)." Fans were quick to react and were concerned about his well-being.
Later, the veteran singer cleared the air. He wrote, "Thank you everyone for your love and concern... I was ranting against chemotherapy because young people are being diagnosed with cancer and losing hope when there are other holistic cures... so it was just one of those ones (sic)."

The Ek Pal Ka Jeena singer lost a friend to cancer recently and he was keen to warn people against chemotherapy. He shared that he was expressing concern and raising awareness against chemotherapy through his tweet.
Ali last sang for Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone-starrer Tamasha. Music of the song, Safarnama was composed by AR Rahman, while Irshad Kamil penned its lyrics
