She has no hassles calling a spade a spade, a man a man and a loser, a loser. Singer-actress Sophie Choudhry gets candid about what turns her on in a man as she shares some dating tips with CS:
My man
I love a guy who's self-assured and sorted. He should know what makes him tick and shouldn't shout it from the rooftops. I like men who are quietly confident and am completely averse to show-offs.

Also, a cute smile and a cute butt will definitely earn some brownie points!
Date bait
My most memorable date was in college. I was virtually kidnapped by this cute guy. My phone was confiscated and I was taken to a restaurant that he had fully booked for just the two of us! Post dinner, he took me to a theatre that was playing the Lion King; it is one of my favourite films.
He'd put a lot of thought and effort into making that evening special for me and he certainly scored on that front. But let me tell you that I've also had some nightmares for dates. One guy took me out on my birthday, and it all went wrong.
For starters, the conversation was a disaster and I was itching to leave. But the worst part came when he was paying the bill.
He actually counted every note in front of me! I decided to dump him right that minute. It seemed such a waste of a birthday evening.

My first advice to all would be to love yourself completely. Only if you know what you want in yourself and from the other person, will you be able to attract the right kind of people. Don't ever be clingy.
A couple of dinners are not enough to find out if the other person is your soulmate.

Do not start talking about the wedding vows too soon. It's important that your man be a good conversationalist and a good listener. Girls should be a little mysterious, while guys should refrain from being too pally.
Just enjoy every date as it happens. Have funu00a0-- go for coffees, films, long drives, etc. You'll soon find out if it works or not. And if it doesn't, move on.
Don't try to be someone you are not. Look your best, because early days are all about physical attraction and then the personality comes into play.
