I enjoy cooking. Though I don't cook daily, I prepare elaborate meals four-five times a month. I cook mostly Indian dishes. My specialty is in making leafy vegetables like spinach and Sarson Ka Saag.
At times, I prepare chicken or prawns. Recently, I made Malabari prawns for the first time and it turned out really well. I can cook for eight-ten people at a time.
It takes me two-three hours to cook for so many people. Whenever I am at a restaurant and I eat something new, I try to cook something similar at home too.
My favourite dessert is Gajar Ka Halwa, which I hope I can learn to cook one day.
