The temperature and humidity is soaring in different parts of the country. While the southern part of the country has received some respite from the heat with the onset of rain other parts are still battling the extreme heat. Recently, superstar Shah Rukh Khan made headlines after he was hospitalised for heatstroke in Ahmedabad. He was taken to the hospital after he complained of uneasiness following the match between his team KKR and SRH on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, actress Malaika Arora was seen attending an event where she spoke about the environment. During the event, the actress who is known to lead a healthy and disciplined lifestyle was asked to give some tips to beat the heat as even Khan suffered a heat stroke. Answering the question, Arora said "That's why I keep saying, we have to be conscious and aware of our environment. That's the only way the environment will love you back. But of course, things like a heat wave, you cannot do much. So, stay hydrated, drink lots of water, wear cool, comfortable clothes, use sunscreen, try carrying an umbrella, these are my tips that I can give."
