Amrita Rao is keen to face the camera again. The new mommy is reading scripts and will ink a project soon. The actor and husband RJ Anmol want to balance their personal and professional commitments after the birth of their son, Veer, in November.

Last seen in the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer Thackeray (2019), Rao was offered Boney Kapoor's digital show but declined it due to mommy duties. "Veer will be six months old in May, I am ready to start working soon," she says.

Amrita Rao and her husband RJ Anmol have been busy being doting parents. They haven't kept a nanny and are hands-on parents for the little Veer. To give a sneak peek of their lives around the baby, Amrita had recently posted a video on Instagram of RJ Anmol taking care of the baby from getting him ready, to feeding and to putting him to sleep.

"With Veer around, you don't ever say, don't rush... A hands-on mummy is nothing without a hands-on papa," Amrita wrote.

RJ Anmol too had posted a picture of Amrita feeding Veer. The picture is not only adorable because it normalises breastfeeding but also is very relatable for mothers out there.

Amrita and Anmol tied the knot in 2016.
