Ayushmann Khurrana is missing performing live. He became emotional after seeing a throwback video of him singing 'Paani Da Rang' at a concert. The actor said, "Do we see the light at the end of the tunnel? Whenever I'll get to do this again, I will probably cry."
Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap have come forward to contribute to the Maharashtra Chief Minister's Relief Fund to help aid people crippled by the COVID-19 pandemic in the state. Ayushmann and Tahira uploaded a note on their social media thanking each and every Indian who have constantly inspired the couple to contribute more towards helping people ravaged by the crisis.
They said in the joint statement, "We have been in the eye of the storm since last year. This pandemic has broken our hearts, made us endure pain and suffering like never before, showed us how solidarity with one another can make us handle this humanitarian crisis. Today, again, this pandemic asks us to show fortitude, resilience, and mutual support."
The couple added, "People, across India, have stepped forward to do as much as possible for each other and Tahira and I thank each and every individual who have inspired us to do more. We have been constantly doing our bit to help as many people as possible and have now contributed to the Maharashtra Chief Minister's Relief Fund in this hour of need."

The actor completed nine years in the industry last month on April 20. The actor says the success of 'Vicky Donor' told him that audiences want to see a new hero on screen. He says, "It's a film that told me to dream, to be bold, to be gutsy and risky about content choices and most importantly told me that audiences want to see a different form of heroism on screen. They want something real, relatable, endearing and they want to see good cinema that has clutter-breaking stories."
Ayushmann adds, "Vicky Donor's incredible success helped me stay on course to continuously disrupt the industry narrative with my choice of cinema and I can assure you that I will constantly try doing so through my brand of storytelling."
