Anil Kapoor has been in the movie business for over four decades. He was one of the biggest stars in the 80s and 90s and successfully transitioned into a robust, reliable actor after mid 2000s. He refuses to age and continues to inspire younger and aspiring actors. Who inspires him?
The answer may have been given by the actor himself through his latest post on Twitter where he shared two pictures with two of the greatest actors of all time- Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. He wrote- "Throwback to one of my best memories! With the two greatest actors of all time, my go-to acting reference points, inspirations and the reason I continue to love what I do...being an actor..." [SIC]

Kapoor's shot to stardom happened with âWoh Saat Din' in 1983 and he nearly dominated the marquee with one blockbuster after another in the impressive follow ups like âMeri Jung', âKarma', âMr. India', âTezaab', âRam Lakhan', âParinda', âEeshwar', and âBeta', to name a few.
In the next coming years, he has two massive films bankrolled by Dharma Productions and one of them will be helmed by the scion himself, Karan Johar. The film in question is the historical opus âTakht'. This giant of a saga also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and Janhvi Kapoor.
The other film is Raj Mehta's âJug Jugg Jeeyo' co-starring Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Prajakta Kohli. The third film he has in the pipeline is Sandeep Reddy Vanga's âAnimal', which boasts off actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Parineeti Chopra.
Kapoor was last seen in âAK vs AK', which directly streamed on Netflix. It was the story of Anurag Kashyap kidnapping Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor Ahuja when the actor rubs him the wrong way. It was a thriller about revenge and despair that ended with a debatable but devious and delicious twist.
