For the uninitiated, US Senator Bernie Sanders is currently the social media sensation. He's trending for his look at the US presidential inauguration. And joining the bandwagon of sharing hilarious memes is Deepika Padukone. The actress shared Sanders' viral photo with her own; asks fans to caption it.

Padukone has a staggering line-up of some massive films like Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, a remake of The Intern, Draupadi, Shakun Batra's next with Siddhant Chaturvedi, and a giant saga with Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas. That's not all, she is also teaming up with Ranveer Singh for ‘83.

In an interview recently, she spilled the beans on Ranveer Singh and what was it about him that attracted her and how the actor isn't as boisterous as people seem he is. She said, "Everybody talks about his energy but what most people don't realise is that this is not who he is all the time. What attracted me to him was the fact is that we have been together for eight years and are still discovering each other."

She added, "I think that is the beauty of our relationship. We started off not as lovers but close friends, who connected at some level, even though we are very different people. So, even today, I don't think he knows everything about me, and I can't say I know everything about him."

When asked about her take on Singh as an actor, this is how she deciphered, "As an actor, he is probable the best we've had in a really long time; his versatility is unmatched. I don't think there's any actor in the current generation who has his versatility."
