Dussehra throwback: Rajpal Yadav as Angad at a Ram Leela stage show

Bollywood's Rajpal Yadav has never failed to impress the audience with his phenomenal work in the industry for almost three decades now. This Dussehra, the actor who was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiya 2, shares a rare, exclusive picture.

The actor who is mostly known for his comic roles has done a lot of theatre before entering the film industry. On this special day, the actor shared a picture of himself from the 1991 Ram Leela stage show in the character of Angad.

Talking about the picture, he says, "This is a photo from the year 1991, on Shahjahanpur's Ram leela stage. I played the character of Angad and I received so much praise for it. We've heard and talked about Angad for over 2500 years, but never had anyone seen a spectacular drama like they did on the stage that day. This still inspires me a lot as an artist, and I hope to keep inspiring the audience with great work!".

The actor will soon be seen in the upcoming Netflix web show, Kathal that also stars actress Sanya Malhotra.
