Trupti Khamkar talks about Taapsee Pannu`s marriage
After delivering an amazing performance in âCrew', Trupti Khamkar is all set to wow the audience with one of the most anticipated movies, âPhir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba'. Starring Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey in lead roles, the movie also stars Trupti in a pivotal role. As the release date of the film approaches, Trupti, in an exclusive chat with mid-day.com, talked about her excitement and also shared her happiness for Vikrant Massey's baby boy and Taapsee Pannu's marriage.
The actress started the conversation by sharing her excitement for the âHasseen Dillruba' sequel. Trupti said, "I am very excited because I think I shot for Haseena Dilruba before I shot for 'Crew'. Trupti has played a cop in several series and movies. While talking about it, she said, "In 2022, I did a short film called 'Knock on a Burger,' which went to Sundance. I was playing a cop there. After 'Knock on a Burger,' I got 'Hasseen Dillruba,' in which I was playing a cop again. And then, as soon as 'Hasseen Dillruba' was on its way, I got another cop role in âCrew'. So this cop role excitement is bringing me joy."
Both her co-stars Vikrant and Taapsee have embraced new chapters in their lives. While Vikrant became the father of a baby boy named Vardaan, Taapsee got married to her longtime beau Mathias Boe. Wishing them all the happiness in life, Trupti said, "I'm so so so happy. Vikrant is a very good friend of mine, so I'm so happy that he has a beautiful wife and a lovely baby now, Vardaan."
Trupti further gave her best wishes to Taapsee and said, "For Taapsee, I would say, âBehen, bohot bohot badhaiyan'. And I'm very very happy for her because I know, that girl has really worked her way up. And it's so beautiful to see somebody happy. Finding somebody or a partner that you can live your life with is a great thing to do. So I'm very happy for both of them."
