Bollywood folk have hung up their boots until the end of the year! Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan are in Gstaad to bring in the new year. "Waited three years for you,"wrote Kapoor while describing her trip with kids Taimur and Jeh in tow.
While Kapoor and Taimur sported ski outfits in the images shared, Khan was seen whipping up cheese fondue. Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan took his fans on a tour of Paris by sharing images from the French city. Fans speculate that he is celebrating the new year with Hrithik Roshan's cousin, Pashmina. Yami Gautam shared glimpses of her Himachal Pradesh holiday, while Hansika Motwani, who recently tied the knot, shared pictures from her ongoing Europe holiday.

From checking out the state's variety of cuisines to exploring its places of worship, forts, and historical monuments, a seven-part series titled Postcards from Maharashtra gave Sai Tamhankar the opportunity to explore the best that the state has to offer. As the host of the show, the actor will explore the cultures prevalent in Maharashtra. "Through this opportunity, I got a chance to experience and rekindle my love for the mystic beauty, palatable delicacies, and the rich Marathi culture, like a traveller. Being part of the series made me feel proud to be a Marathi mulgi and this series will always have a special place in my heart," shared the actor in a statement.
Shark Tank mentor Namita Thapar isn't one to miss an opportunity to express her admiration for Amitabh Bachchan. Turning up on a Bachchan-hosted show for the second time, she revealed that she named her sons after the characters of his celebrated film, Sholay. "I deserve to sit on the hot-seat first because I am such a big fan of yours that I got married to a man who is your fan as well, and I even named my sons Jay and Veeru." She went on to recite a poem she wrote for the host.
Telugu star Chiranjeevi, who is gearing up for the release of his film, Waltair Veerayya, indulged in some banter with Urvashi Rautela at a media event. "Urvashi has done a great job in Boss Party. I didn't know who was doing the song, but when I got to know it's Urvashi, I was excited," he said. When Rautela stood up to shake his hands, Chiranjeevi refused to leave it. "My hand is stuck. There's a magnet, not in my hand but in my heart," he said.

The makers of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan announced the release date of the second edition of the franchise, on social media. "Let's get those swords in the air as we await the 28th of April 2023," wrote the production house on social media. Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the film stars Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, and Jayam Ravi in lead roles. Krishnan essays the role of princess Kundavai Devi, while Rai Bachchan appears in a double role, as antagonist Nandini and Oomai Rani. Part one released in September this year, and opened to good reviews from critics and cinema-goers.

Vivek Agnihotri has perhaps learnt a lesson on social media users' ability to never forget. In a bid to demean the Pathaan track, Besharam rang, Agnihotri shared a video of the song along with a clip of a young girl talking about being impacted by Bollywood's obscenity. However, Agnihotri, who has directed films like Hate Story, and made several explicit comments on nudity on social media, was reminded of his actions as soon as he shared the clip. "Hasn't this film been directed by you," asked one user while sharing a poster of Hate Story. Others shared images of his past objectionable tweets.
