The actor is teaming up with the British star for her next Hollywood project, a screen adaptation of Shilpi Somaya Gowda's novel Secret Daughter. The film, to be helmed by Singaporean director Anthony Chen, traces the lives of two women interconnected by a child. While Kavita, the poor Mumbai woman is compelled to save her newborn's life by giving her away, San Francisco-based Somer discovers that she may never be able to have children. Besides the adaptation, Priyanka has Russo Brothers' Citadel, and Ending Things in her kitty. She is also slated to begin filming Jee Le Zara, along with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, later this year.
Instead of taking a break after wrapping up Ek Villain Returns, Arjun Kapoor has dived headlong into his next. The actor has begun prepping for Ajay Bahl's The Lady Killer which goes on floor in the first week of April. He will soon head to north India for a month-long schedule. "Arjun has been devoting a few hours every day to prepare for his character," reveals a source. The movie sees him play a small town playboy falling in love with a self-destructive beauty.

For nearly 25 years, Salman Khan has been making appearances in courts in the blackbuck poaching case. On Monday, the Rajasthan High Court accepted his plea to hear the three petitions related to the case. This comes after the actor had filed a petition in the Sessions Court to transfer the pending appeal to the HC. "After a brief hearing, Justice PS Bhati granted permission to transfer the two petitions to the High Court, where one petition by the state is already pending. Now, the hearing of all these cases will happen at one place, which will save valuable time," Salman's legal counsel was quoted as saying.
Even before the release of Attack Part 1, actor-producer John Abraham has started gearing up for the second instalment, like he promised during the trailer launch of the first edition.
