Sonu Sood, who replaces Rannvijay Singha as host of the new season of Roadies, credits the show for celebrating the "phenomenal spirit of young people who dare to challenge their limits". The 18th edition will take place in South Africa. Singha has been involved with the show - mostly in the capacity of a host - since he won the first edition in 2003. Reportedly, Singha and the producers couldn't arrive at a favourable schedule this time.

He [would tell] the choreographer to let him make an entry by walking in while I would dance. Since then, I have done many shows with him. I am surprised to see how well he dances now."

Veteran writer Javed Akhtar has confirmed that his actor-son Farhan Akhtar is set to marry Shibani Dandekar on February 21. Speaking to a publication, Akhtar reportedly said that the ‘simple affair' will take place at Akhtar's family home in Khandala. It is speculated that the duo has been in a relationship for four years.
