Through an interactive 'Ask-Me-Anything' session on Instagram, the versatile actor opened up about her experiences, offering encouragement and sharing insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle while managing epilepsy.
During the ask-me-anything session, the actress engaged in a candid conversation with her followers, encouraging them to open up about their concerns and queries regarding epilepsy. By sharing her coping mechanisms, Fatima inspired her audience to approach the disorder with resilience and a positive mindset.
When someone asked about dealing with epilepsy, Fatima shared valuable insights into her routine, stating, 'I just take my meds. Follow up with my neurologist, workout, mostly eat clean and laugh.' Her emphasis on regular exercise, clean eating, and a joyous spirit reflects her commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite the challenges posed by epilepsy.
Fatima also addressed queries from followers dealing with family members suffering from epilepsy. In response to one such question about supporting a sibling, she advised, 'Ask him what he needs. Like for me, my family and friends are my safe space. If I am with them, I will be safe if I get an episode. And I'll be taken care of. And if they are confused, they ask me. They don't treat me differently. Bas, try to be his safe space.'

On the work front, actress Fatima Sana Shaikh, who was recently seen in the theatrical film 'Sam Bahadur,' has returned to Punjab for the shoot of her upcoming film 'Ul Jalool Ishq.' The actress shot for her debut vehicle 'Dangal' in the state, in which she essayed the role of Indian wrestler Geeta Phogat, who clinched gold for the nation at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
'Ul Jalool Ishq' also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Vijay Varma, and Sharib Hashmi. Fatima's last release, 'Sam Bahadur,' saw her receiving love and adoration for her portrayal of the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi."
