Jackie Shroff's Baingan Bharta recipes gets attention from Turkish food content creator

Jackie Shroff might be best known for his films but one simply cannot ignore his recipes. The actor has been sharing quick recipes with his fans for a fuss-free cooking experience. Right from his unique Baingan Bharta to Anda Currypatta, he has been sharing his kitchen secrets with people.

While his fans and culinary experts in India have been trying out the recipes shown by Jackie, his Baingan Bharta got the attention of an international influencer. Buse Zeynep from Turkiye.

Following Jackie's instruction, she took a large brinjal and made thin slits to stuff garlic and green chillies. Buse Zeynep chargrilled the brinjal over the gas until it turned black and smoky. She took it off from the gas stove, peeled off the skin, and mashed it to perfection.

For the seasoning, Buse Zeynep used salt and pepper flakes before pouring oil into it. She mixed the dish well and enjoyed it with bread. The content creator tagged Jackie and thanked him for the recipe.

Jackie saw the video and commented, "Wow, it looks tastier than my recipe." She promptly replied, "Thank you, you are the best."

In the past, Jackie taught amateur cooks to make a quick recipe called Kaanda Bhindi Sookha. It was made with onions and okra. Just like his other food ideas, Kaanda Bhindi Sookha caught the attention of netizens who tried it in their kitchens just to give positive reviews.

Jackie's Anda Kadi Patta is equally popular. In the video which went viral a while ago, Jackie seemed to be on a film set as he prepared the dish. He was sharing his recipe with the people around him. The actor explained the recipe in a trademark style. He said the recipe requires one to separate the yolks from egg whites and fry some curry leaves in oil in a separate pan. Once the oil is hot enough, transfer the ‘tadka' or seasoning to the bowl of eggs and then transfer the eggs-tadka mix back into the hot pan.

Workwise, Jackie will return to the big screen with Singham Again co-starring Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh. The antagonist of the film is Arjun Kapoor.
