Golmaal Again
At first glance, you might mistakenly believe that you're at the Goa Carnival, replete with fancy dress balls, parades and 300 dancers dressed in colourful outfits. But, the venue is Ramoji Rao Film Studios in Hyderabad. And the carnival, well, that's Rohit Shetty pulling off yet another grand dance number for Golmaal Again.
Far away, Ajay Devgn is rehearsing a dance sequence. The title song plays in the background as Devgn gets into the groove. This is the opening scene of the Diwali release of the year. The fourth instalment of the comic caper also stars Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Kemmu and Tusshar Kapoor. Tabu, who is also a part of the laugh riot, is not on the set.

The song looks similar to the one in Shetty's 2009 outing, All The Best. But, the filmmaker begs to differ. "This song will have a heavy dose of special effects. It's also mounted on a much bigger scale. There are almost 1,000 people present on location right now. I'm really enjoying making this film. I just have another song left to shoot, after which it'll be a wrap." Question him if his signature car-chase sequence will be a part of Golmaal Again and he quips, "I'm on a detox."
Chopra may be a new addition to the cast, but, she seems most at home in a Rohit Shetty film. She says, "If I'm not wrong, this is the first Bollywood film to have four instalments. So, (being a part of) this is like sone pe suhaga." Talking about the team, she adds, "It is the best set that I have ever been on. Everyone, from Ajay sir to Rohit sir, pampers me."

Not wanting to stay away from his son, Tusshar Kapoor has brought Laksshya to Hyderabad. "This is his second outdoor with me and he really enjoys it." Talking about his character, Shreyas Talpade says, "This time, he has a lisp." Soon, Shetty calls for the final shot of the day. He instructs Devgn, "You do the Singham hook step, apologise for the goof-up and then perform the Golmaal hook step." After four takes, Shetty finally shouts, "Pack up!"
