Parineeti Chopra married Raghav Chadha on September 24 in Udaipur, Rajasthan. It was an intimate ceremony with family members and close friends in attendance. The venue was situated in the middle of Lake Pichola and looked serene as it was adorned in shades of white for the high-profile wedding.
The new bride turned showstopper for Faabiiana at the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) X Lakme Fashion Week. This was the first fashion event that Parineeti attended after her wedding. The actress flaunted her Sindoor and Choodha as she graced the ramp, wearing a stunning ivory saree for her look.
Parineeti showcased Faabiiana's Qurbat, a collection that captures the classic charm of the 'Romance of the Rose.' This beautiful collection features intricate Chikankari embroidery, luxurious Banarasi fabric, and lustrous Akoya and South Sea Pearls. It also includes delicate Mukaish work to add a touch of elegance and sparkle.
During the Lakme Fashion Week press conference, Chopra expressed her love for sarees, saying,"It's only been 2 weeks since I got married and I haven't been trying sarees every day at home. I have always been very comfortable with sarees and it's about the draping, it is draped so well that I can do yoga wearing them and I think all Indian girls should be comfortable."

For the unversed, Parineeti wore an ivory and golden-coloured Manish Malhotra lehenga with emerald jewellery from his collection, on her wedding. Parineeti got a customised veil with Raghav's name written in the Devnagri script. Sharing pictures, the actress wrote on Instagram, "From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew. Been waiting for this day for a long time... So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs! Couldn't have lived without each other .. Our forever begins now."
On the work front, Parineeti was most recently seen in Akshay Kumar's Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue. In the film, Actress Parineeti Chopra plays Akshay's love interest. Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Ajay Kapoor, the film, directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and music by Jjust Music, promises to bring to life the coal mine accident that shook not only the nation but also the world.
